Toni Kitanovski's work expands to different projects, each with its own character and sound, spanning from a Gypsy Brass & Jazz band, to a Congolese African beats band and music for film, TV, theater.
This is where we will showcase any past, present and future project, however diverse and multidisciplinary it may be.
But, as with all of Toni's music, there is an underlying common theme:
The music of the human kind.
A merger of two curious musical spirits, Cherkezi gipsy brass band and Toni’s jazz trio, speaks to the music intellectual elite, jazz aficionados, indie rock loving crowd, afro beat believers… It often makes you wonder – to laugh or to cry!
It surely makes you move your body and tap your feet.
“Rarely has Southeast Europe sounded so cosmopolitan”

Rolling Stone Magazine (2011)
Congo Ma is the brainchild project of Eric Malu-Malu (Jupiter & Okwess) and Toni Kitanovski
The music is a vibrant melange of Congolese rhythms and catchy melodies, coupled with the sweet, yet powerful voice of singer Perpetue Mujinga Kabemba.
Music for Film
Toni has scored four feature films. He has also contributed as co-composer and music producer on two others. Credited on over twenty five documentaries and shorts.
Toni Kitanovski’s plaintive, bluesy, folk-tinged score is unobtrusively effective…
